E.L.L. Real Estate participated for the first time with its stand in the fair MAPIC 2011 held on November 16th-18th in Cannes, introducing all shopping centres of the group and the new shopping and entertainment centre Panorama City currently under development at Lasnamäe, Tallinn.

In autumn 2011 the Shopping Centre Spice celebrated its first jubilee, the 10th birthday. Accompanied by big white angels and red ribbons the Shopping Centre Spice organised several different events for its customers and a grandiose birthday party for its tenants and cooperation partners.

E.L.L. Real Estate organised a summer reception for the representatives of tenants in its commercial buildings, cooperation partners and employees. Pleasant company along with a concert by Hedvig Hanson titled \"...\" – which is also the name of her new long-playing album – was enjoyed in the beautiful nature surrounding Kõltsu Manor.

On the 27th of July 2011 in Shopping Center Spice was held presentation of the new parfume OKKI. The autor of the parfume is Olga Krutaja – the wife of the famous russian composer Igor Krutoi. The european premiere of the OKKI collected in Spice plenty stars of russian music scene.

To start the year with new ideas, E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS organised in Nordic Hotel Forum a workshop – E.L.L. Sales and Marketing Days, for sharing experience between all sales and marketing people working in companies in the Group.

Within 8 years Spice developed from a local shopping centre into a modern European shopping complex. The tenants and administration of the shopping centre celebrated together the 8th anniversary of Spice, looking back on the tasks achieved during these 8 years and look into the future.

Enforcing its leader position in the sale of household goods, Furniture and Interior Centre Spice changed its brand name to Spice Home. At the Spice Home new brand presentation event, the owners of several stores shared their tips for creating well-being in the home and to implement a successful business.

ELL Real Estate and Viimsi municipal government founded the Karulaugu nursery-primary school. Project’s author is Indrek Erm from architectural bureau Emil Urbel OÜ. There are 3 floors, 14 classes, special classes, auditorium, lunch room, library and rooms for long day group and speech therapist. There’s room for 6 groups.

Fashion and leisure centre Saules Miestas the 2nd birthday whole day program has been prepared for all customers: circus show for the smallest customers, curved mirrors, acoustic performance, evening show program of Sasha Son (participant of Eurovision contest) and finally, the birthday cake.

Modern 129 000 m² Shopping and Leisure Centre Panorama is located in the centre of Vilnius. Shopping mall was opened on 6th of November in 2008 with grand opening party, spectacular fireworks and amazing orchestra music.

Delta Plaza’s developer, builder and the representatives of future tenants came together one beautiful evening to enjoy a menu on the edge of sky designed by master chef Dimitri Demjanov that participated at the prestigious cooking competition Bocuse d’Or and came 7th, earning a place representing Estonia in the finals in France.

On Jan 25, 2008, ELL Kinnisvara AS in cooperation with the operator Nordic Hotels OÜ opened a new 4 stars business class hotel in Tallinn City. Maarja and Rein Rannap were the main act at the opening of the modern Nordic-style hotel which is still cosy and warm on the inside. Passion was added to the night by the dance group Galaxy.

ELL Real Estate in collaboration with Merko Ehitus establishes a new contemporary office building – Delta Plaza – in the crossing of the main highways in Tallinn. Representatives of the developers, builders and future tenants gathered to lay the cornerstone symbolizing the start of construction of the new building.

The Duntes Office Building is located in a developing business district in Riga that’s in good shape, beautiful and full of greenery. The ergonomic and functional office building that meets all modern requirements is one of the first of its kind in Riga.

The fashion and leisure centre Saules Miestas was the first multifunctional shopping centre in Šiauliai and in the whole North Lithuania as well. The complex is established in the ideal place – in centre of the city. The modern bus station of Šiauliai city is integrated in the building.

E.L.L. Real Estate built a 13 300 m2 office building – Sõpruse Office Building – near downtown Tallinn, on the brink of Mustamäe residential district. Representatives of city district government, developers, builders and future tenants gathered to lay the cornerstone symbolizing the start of construction of the new building.
