ELL Real Estate was founded in 1997. Today, the E.L.L. Kinnisvara Group includes of subsidiary companies in Latvia and Lithuania, which all started their business in 1999. In addition to residential development, the main line of the E.L.L. Kinnisvara Group's business is the development of commercial property like trade centres, office buildings, hotels and industrial property.

Within a decade of business our company’s balance sheet amount has increased from 0.7 million euros in 1997 to 191 million euros in 2006. We have invested in shopping malls, office buildings and hotels in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius but also in forth city of Lithuania by size – Ðiauliai. Gross investment of ELL Real Estate group performable in 2007 amounts to 154 million euros but in 2008 we plan to invest 185 million euros.

Although main focus of ELL Real Estate is development of business property, we have also a long-term experience in development of dwelling projects. Our experience in dwelling building market of the Baltic states shows clearly that in recent year a great progress has occurred – finance opportunities have enlarged and incomes of individuals have arisen due to fast economic development. And this inspires our belief that stable increase in dwelling building market continues as well in the future.
